The Queen of Soul Encounter features sensational lead vocalist Lelah Jackson who gives a thrilling performance that captures the spirit of the legendary Aretha Franklin! Lelah is not only a talented singer but she knows how to tell a story so she is giving the audience the total Aretha experience. Backed by an outstanding band led by Mark Stewart, Lelah sings Aretha's most cherished songs with her passionate and powerful vocals giving the audience an encounter with The Queen of Soul!
Lelah's vocals have an old school gritty tone but she can also soar with her vocal range. A gifted songstress since she was a child, Lelah first began wowing audiences as a youngster singing gospel music in her church. She won several singing competitions before pursuing her singing career performing all over the world with national recording artists. Lelah has also been the featured singer at memorable concerts including a special performance for the Mayor of Washington, DC.
