Juneteenth Heritage Festival
Come celebrate the Opening Night of the Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival, Montgomery County’s premiere Black cultural event showcasing outstanding national and local talent. This year's celebration features popular gospel star Erica Campbell, who won the Grammy for Best Gospel Album entitled “Help” and also had number one gospel song “I Luh God”, as well as an amazing performance by the Howard University Gospel Choir. Also special performances by Step Afrika! and The Hardway Connection, with appearances by state and county political and business leaders.
