The Urban Renewal Big Band presents “All About Love”, a performance of love-themed jazz favorites, featuring vocalists Yvonne Allu and Steven Hedrick.
The band has its roots in the Jimmy Coe Orchestra, dating from the 1960's, born of the Count Basie tradition, performing modern jazz as well as popular music loved by generations. Today the Urban Renewal Big Band continues that tradition as a multi-generational and multi-cultural band. The band performs all its own arrangements for a performance that is unlike any others.
