Confluencia Cuarteto is a dynamic all-female jazz fusion band from Santiago, Chile, blending jazz with elements from hip-hop, funk, neo-soul, pop, flamenco and Chilean folk. The group features Rosario Arcuch on drums, Olga Galperin on bass, Bernardita Canobra on saxophone, and Clara Racz on piano. Known for their modern, groove-filled sound, they quickly gained recognition by winning first place at the Valparaíso International Jazz Festival and performing at the Festival de Jazz in Vitacura. They also received funding to record their inaugural EP at the prestigious GAM studio, further establishing their presence in the national music scene. Their innovative style and commitment to their craft highlight the significant role of women in Chilean music, making them a standout act.
