Briclyn Entertainment Group, LLC is gearing up to produce it’s 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Concert on October 1st. The event commemorates Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Briclyn believes music is a sense of therapy and can help ease patients mind and anxiety. Pink Alive serves as a platform to educate men and women about early detection and supports those who have been affected by Breast Cancer.

Artist performing R&B sensations Maimouna Youssef and R&B/Pop Artist Victoria Skye.

Doors open at 3:30 p.m. and show time is at 5:30 p.m. 

Maimouna “Mumu Fresh” Youssef is a Grammy nominated seasoned singer, emcee, songwriter and poet. She received a Grammy nomination for her contribution on the Roots hit “Don’t Feel Right” in 2007 for best rap song. Maimouna has also rocked the stages of many renowned venues such as Denver Colorado ‘s Red Rocks Amphitheater, New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, Switzerland’s Moniteau Jazz Festival, and The Carter Baron Amphitheater in Washington, DC. Her musical endeavors were a springboard for Youssef to make her big screen debut in Dave Chapelle’s hip hop documentary “Block Party.” Maimouna released her first Solo EP entitled Black Magic Woman March 1, 2011, her first full length solo album was also released in 2011. On August 31st, 2017, she released her Vintage Babies album with  DJ Dummy.

The Amours comprised of sisters Jakiya Ayanna and Shaina Aisha, Two ladies that are passionate about life and the performing arts, their musical message is love, hence their name. The Amours began singing when they were little girls in church, and have blossomed into vocal powerhouses and songwriters delivering melody and harmony in the genres of R&B, Gospel, Jazz, Pop and Classical music styles. They grew up and reside in Washington DC, and are both beneficiaries of training from Duke Ellington School of The Arts. The Amours are currently on tour with PJ Morton as supporting vocalist and have opened for several notable artist in the entertainment industry.

Victoria Skye 

A native of New Jersey, Victoria Skie is an up and coming acoustic artist with a pop/soul sound. With music in her blood, her mother a pianist and father a guitar player, Skie was destined for a life in the music industry. At the age of five, Skie followed in her mother’s footsteps and started to play the piano, and later started writing her own songs which started to develop lyrically around age 10. To date, she has performed at Girls Scouts of NJ, Vans Warped Tour, and Montclair Stage. Her song, "New Day", landed her first place with the Teens Make Music Contest and a visit to the Grammys. Skie also started making cover videos for her rapidly growing YouTube channel, and just recently hit 1.4 million channel views with over 20,000 subscribers. Her first single “All I’m Sayin” is currently on iTunes.
