Edmund Burke's Advanced High School Bands play a varied repertoire of jazz instrumentals and vocals, from Duke Ellington to Herbie Hancock, Sarah Vaughn to Celia Cruz, plus original compositions and creative arrangements.
Edmund Burke bands under the direction of John Howard, have been performing at Blues Alley annually since 2004. The Advanced Band is made up of juniors and seniors and the Intermediate Band consists of Freshman and Sophomores.
