Fusing Celtic vocals, poetic lyricism, and street performance grit, Tim Falvey delivers a tastefully emotive catalog of original Americana music for a discriminating Manhattan palate. The harmonica-wielding troubadour distills his semi-autobiographical repertoire into an intimate tapestry woven with tales of tryst and travel and torment.
As the ringleader for the fledgling, Manhattan-based Americana-rock project "Big Iron Echoes," Falvey's sights are set on activating an intellectual, palatable, and polished NYC movement. Tonight, the solo Falvey serves his repertoire with signature coffeehouse ingredients, using nothing but a guitar, a microphone, and twelve sour harmonicas.
