Mike Geffner’s Inspired Word, one of New York’s most popular indie performance series, presents Soundz & Vibez.
The night features the musical duo of guitarist Dan Berg and Sifa Grafitti aka Sight After Dark, which blends the cool of hip hop with a full scale of rock & roll along with resonant lyrics, beats and electric guitar riffs; musical comedian Ben Hawes, who performs country/rock parody songs about the peculiarities of existing as a single gay man in New York City; giraffe-necked standup comedian Eric Walsh, whose dry humor made him the winner of the 2022 Comedy Mob Festival; and hip hop artist Keon Torres (accompanied by DJ Smilez), who has featured at the legendary Bitter End and whose uniquely versatile and high energized sound lifts crowds to their feet.
