Aaron Gross
Aaron Gross is a professional jazz bassist and educator born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Durham School of the Arts, the Miles Davis Jazz Studies program at UNC-Greensboro, and holds a Master of Music degree from North Carolina Central University, where he studied with Dr. Ira Wiggins and artist-in-residence Branford Marsalis. Currently Aaron teaches private lessons for electric and upright bass, works with local high school jazz bands, and is a regular performer at Sharp 9 Gallery and across the state.
