"A Night for Micah" Micah Smith Memorial Concert & Fundraiser with Special Guests
Audiences and musicians alike viewed him as one of the most talented vocalists in the Baltimore/DC area. Micah Smith, lead singer with several area bands, director of music ministries at local churches, a music instructor in Baltimore City Schools, vocal coach to colleagues and a solo artist on the rise, unexpectedly passed away in early April. His beautiful tenor/baritone silenced but not his musical legacy. In remembrance of this revered member of the Baltimore arts community, his friends, family and musical collaborators and fans are invited to come together for an evening of spectacular sound—inspired by Micah to ensure his compositions, influences and pure joy of music remain in our hearts forever.
All are invited to this fundraising concert/open mic event with proceeds to benefit Micah’s family. “A Night for Micah” will be hosted by Motown & More and Your Girl Cheryl. Artists interested in participating should contact Cheryl Goodman at [email protected].
