Performed by phenomenal vocalists Lanesha Alexander (Gladys Knight) & Brigette Johnson (Patti LaBelle)!

A seven-time Grammy Award-winner Gladys Knight, also known as “The Empress of Soul”, is truly an icon in the music industry. Beautiful, simply does not describe the incomparable force known to the world as Patti LaBelle. Who has become synonymous with grace, style, elegance and class, and referred to as the "Godmother of Soul". The two megastars have had a friendship spanning over six decades, and tonight we celebrate them!

Come hear your favorite songs like “Midnight Train to Georgia,” “Neither One of Us,”  “Love Overboard,” “Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me,” “If Only You Knew,” “Somebody Loves You Baby,” “On My Own,” “Lady Marmalade," “Love Need and Want You” and many more!

Brigette Johnson began her singing career in 2003. Since then, she has performed with several local DC area r&b / jazz / neo soul bands, and has most notably performed with Saxophonists Ronnie Laws and the late Wilton Felder of the Crusaders, and is currently with the Brencore Music production company, performing musical tributes in and around the DC Metropolitan area and abroad.

LaNesha Alexander is a gifted vocalist born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She began singing at the tender age of 6 years old at the First St Stephens Baptist church on the sumbeams choir. LaNesha is known for her wide range and ability to invoke soulful emotion during a song. She has also performed background vocals for the Dream for it Foundation from 2009 to the present, as well as for Tracy Hamlin.
