Acclaimed international jazz vocalist Lori Williams has a most impressive resume as a performing artist, veteran music educator and choral director, songwriter, producer, musical theater actress, jazz radio host (JazzRadioWETF.org), business owner (PositiveMusicPM.org), and artist-in-residence with over 30 years of experience. Ultimately, it is her work as a vocalist and clinician that most satisfies her and has brought the widest amount of recognition. With each performance in a new country comes fresh admirers. Her annual vocal jazz tour and performances at music festivals have taken her all over the world. Her vocal jazz artist residencies have allowed her to work with and mentor students on college campuses in the United States and abroad. For over three decades, Lori Williams has worked with many notable artists including Oleta Adams, The Blackbyrds, Tom Browne, Jonathan Butler, Terri Lyne Carrington, Will Downing, Nathan East, James Genus, Marcus Johnson, Stanley Jordan, Maysa, Najee, Phil Perry, and more!

Lori currently has six independent CDs, released a single - Too Late (It's My Time) - (which has been categorized as "a much-needed musical expression of spiritual, emotional and mental breakthrough for healing souls"), and is working on her seventh album. Music lovers are sure to enjoy the stylistic talents shared by this beautiful, talented, authentic vocal musician; and are encouraged to also delve into Lori's rich catalog. Wrap your ears, heart, and soul around her artistry. Described by President Joseph R. Biden as “the voice of an angel...absolutely amazing.”

“Lori Williams seamlessly moves from Jazz to R&B in ways the listener can feel at home with her in either genre. She has set the bar for vocalists to come.” - Terri Lyne Carrington
