Night of Soul w/ Mike Thomas, Black Assets & more

A Night of Soul ALL BLACK AFFAIR with Mike Thomas, Black Assets & Will McMillan

Baltimore-native Mike Thomas is an indie singer, musician, producer and recording artist whose music paints vivid sonic landscapes inspired by the diverse cultural influences in Baltimore that shaped his distinctive sound, with a unique blend of R&B, Soul, and Pop. He creates a live musical experience that is both introspective and cathartic. On the heal of his newest release, “Want To,” Mike & Friends makes their Keystone debut!

As the dynamic force behind the stage name 'Black Assets,' Baltimore-native Ashley Lakayla Yates is more than a vocalist and singer-songwriter — she is a storyteller of the Black experience. From the streets of Algiers to the vibrant energy of Taghit and Bechar, her international journey as a recording artist has been a testament to the universal language of soul. Her art is a reflection of her community, her love, and her truth — a melodic memoir of the good, the bad, and the indifferent.

Will McMillan is a contemporary gospel artist and musician originally from Baltimore, Maryland. He is known for his debut album "My Story”, and has been recognized as one of Baltimore's most sought-after musicians. He has also toured with Jonathan McReynolds on the Make Room tour. He is known for his powerful vocals and heartfelt performances.
