Hannah Wardell is an emerging artist known throughout the greater Baltimore area for her unique timbre and enchanting stage presence. She has many opera performance credits.
Hannah received her undergraduate degree from Shepherd University and completed her master's degree at the Peabody Institute where she studied under baritone Steven Rainbolt.
Aside from performing, Hannah maintains a thriving voice studio teaching students of all ages. As a voice teacher, Hannah's goal is to guide her students in finding their true voice. Her teaching focuses on a foundational understanding of pedagogy that stresses the importance of healthy singing. By utilizing traditional techniques and incorporating an instiling understanding of the anatomy of the voice with her students, Hannah allows her students to reach their maximum potential.
Nicholas Bavani’s studies include a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Shepherd University, and a Masters in Music, Music Education from West Chester University in PA. Originally from south of Washington DC, he currently resides in Baltimore. Bavani is a developing performer known for his artistic touches on the piano. His goals are to reinvent classical music concerts incorporating art, media, current events and collaborations in his performances. Bavani’s idea of being a “Salon Pianist” is gaining traction in the Baltimore area and Europe. His European debut was in Florence, Italy in June 2022 with his show “European Visions”.

Russian Dance and Romance holds a collection of beloved classical music of the Russian people. The strong tradition of Ballet will be translated through piano by Nicholas Bavani while the operatic tradition will be carried through Mezzo-Soprano Hannah Wardell. Well known composers such as Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky will be showcased in addition to classic works of European music commonly heard throughout Russia's conservatories. This performance will encompass the idea of musical drama in a recital setting.

Nicholas Bavani, a graduate from West Chester University's Masters in Music Education program and performs regularly through-out the region as a pianist. In addition, he is heavily involved in music education as a teacher and adjudicator throughout the Northeast. Known for his bold performances, and artistic touches Bavani has built a reputation to be a true performer while educating his audience. His strong passion for Russian classical music has not gone unnoticed and performances often are accompanied by an education on the different styles within the Russian tradition. Utilizing both his domestic and international influences on music education, Bavani has created a neurodiverse piano studio ranging from beginners to award winning pianists at a regional level. Both Wardell, and Bavani have been recently granted the "Rubinstein Award" from the "Triumph International Russian Competition" based out of Philadelphia.
