Their fan base extends far beyond the District of Columbia. Performances include Maryland, Virginia and Delaware. In what was a major highlight of their playing career, Jimi Smooth and The Hittime Band performed at the White House during a Christmas party George Bush's twin daughters.

They have also performed at the Washington Redskins football games, The Washington Wizards basketball games, and The Washington Nationals baseball games and Rose's casinos throughout Virginia, and many outdoor venues throughout Maryland and Virginia.

Serving as the lead singer for the band is Jimi Smooth, also known as Mr. Move & Grove and is the consummate showman of all times. He pours his heart and soul into every show and gives all he has with so much excitement. Jimi always wants to make sure that the audience walks away feeling entertained and thrilled!  Members of the Hittime Band have performed with major recording artists and have written music for several TV shows.
