Formed in 2024 by Phoebe Siklas, Aster Richardson, Ona Richardson, and Isabel Glantz, Make Girls Cry is an all-female rock/alternative band based in New York City. As multi-instrumentalists, the four members alternate between guitar, bass, drums, keys, and vocals, creating a layered sound that keeps their performances unpredictable and captivating. Make Girls Cry fuses raw rock with alternative indie energy, drawing inspiration from classic bands such as Fleetwood Mac, Veruca Salt, The Cranberries, and contemporary bands and artists like Boygenius, Beabadoobee, and Big Thief. As high schoolers, the band’s lyrics explore the teenage complexities of love, loss, self-discovery, and rebellion. Make Girls Cry plan to release a debut EP later this year.
The Fit plays an electrifying blend of ska, punk, and rock. They seek to capture the essence of music with a raw, direct sound, performing every song with an energy and passion destined to make them a band that will leave its mark on the New York City scene and beyond.
The Millers are a four-piece band from New York that creates music inspired by the 60s blues and rock, the 80s soul, and contemporary pop rock genres. United by our shared love for classic rock songs and contemporary jazz, The Millers breathes new life into these timeless sounds, making them accessible to a modern audience.
