Celebrate the release of “Dear Cleveland” with the Dimitri Nassar Trio. The evening will feature pianist and composer Dimitri Nassar alongside Mike Graham (bass) and Phillip Thomas (drums) performing selections from the new album along with timeless jazz classics.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Nassar is a pianist, composer, and dedicated music educator whose playing blends tradition, storytelling, and soulful swing. A graduate of South Carolina State University and a longtime educator in the Washington, DC area, he balances an active performing career with his work teaching the next generation of musicians. His music reflects the influence of the musicians, mentors, and venues that shaped his musical journey.
