International vocalist and singer-songwriter Renée Collins Georges brings elegance, versatility, and vocal mastery to every performance. A Los Angeles native and former Raelette, she toured the globe with the legendary Ray Charles and launched her professional career on MC Hammer’s Too Legit to Quit world tour. Now a celebrated headliner in her own right, Renée has captivated audiences across the U.S. and abroad with her dynamic artistry.
Renée is a Grammy voting member of the Recording Academy, a Maryland State Arts Council Teaching Artist for Baltimore Public Schools, and the co-leader of GEORJAZZ, an ensemble she founded with her husband, trombonist and music educator DuPort Georges. She is also the founder of Kidz MusiQ Club Jazzing Up Learning!, an initiative dedicated to introducing children to jazz through live acoustic music and arts integration.
