Join us as we rekindle the sacred fire first lit when Poranguí came to DC with us in 2022. In partnership with Metta Creative and Plant Based Pirate, we gather once more for a soul-stirring journey with world-bridging musician, Poranguí, with co-facilitator Ashley Klein and opening musical support by Biko Casini ( Of Rising Appalachia )
Together, they’ll guide us through a multi-sensory experience of healing and celebration, through sound, movement, and collective presence.
Poranguí’s cross-cultural looping performance weaves Indigenous rhythms, sacred chants, and live instrumentation into a dance floor ritual that awakens the body and spirit. Ashley Klein holds space as both guide and mirror, inviting us to remember our connection to Earth, to each other, and to the sacred.
Expect a fully immersive evening:
•A ritual performance and improvised live set accompanied by Ashley’s vocal guidance and visuals
•Dance, ceremony, and ancestral reverence in community
