In a world that feels increasingly chaotic, singer-songwriter Guy Simoneau delivers a reminder of life’s simple joys and the enduring spirit of folk-rock music. A career spanning four decades from Maine to California and now, New York, his songwriting echoes the heartfelt storytelling of Tom Petty and the lyrical prowess of Bob Dylan. His acoustic guitar is an extension of his soul, weaving melodies to resonate across generations.
Tuffy is a playful indie pop trio hailing from Brooklyn. Formed in 2014, the band crafts a sound that blends dreamy melodies with introspective lyrics navigating the poignancies of midlife. With Brian Rayman on the drums, Yasmin Dalisay on guitar and vocals, and Thatcher Ulrich on bass and vocals, their songs tackle love, heartbreak, and the fleeting moments we all want to hold on to.
The After School Special is a 7-player, 9-piece band with an ever-changing lineup of rock, jazz, classical, ambient, and world music players that have been playing classic NYC venues since 2014. High-concept multimedia shows, unplugged acoustic gigs, dream pop, trip rock, electro-punk... you never know what’s in store for the next episode. The band consists of: April Evans on vocals, Jeff Hoffman on bass, backing vocals, Julianne Carney-Chung on violin, Peter Lopez on trombone, Ben Poe on guitar, Dave Miller on keys, synth, and Josh Matthews on drums.
