Duved Dunayevsky is a Paris-based guitarist, composer and band leader. He is recognized by many as the foremost interpreter of Django Reinhardt’s guitar style. Currently leading the experimental “Prebop Orchestra” and the “Hot-Club” style ensemble “Duved And His Transatlantic Five”. Duved regularly performs in jazz festivals around the globe, keeping traditional jazz alive not by preserving it but by continuing to expand on its creative legacy.

Daniel Garlitsky is the Stéphane Grappelli to Duved Dunayevsky´s Django. In recent years they have teamed up on a variety of projects, including the Duved Dunayevsky Trio, Duved´s Transatlantic Five and Duved´s Prebop Orchestra.
Born in Moscow, Daniel graduated from—and now  teaches violin at—the Paris Conservatory. He has performed world-wide for over two decades. His musical range is exceedingly broad, ranging from swinging Gypsy jazz to early baroque compositions performed on traditional instruments. He’s led orchestras, chamber music ensembles, and jazz combos and has coached youth orchestras.

A respected ambassador of traditional Gypsy jazz, Baltimore guitarist and bandleader Michael Joseph Harris founded the popular Hot Club of Baltimore band in 2012. Two years later he added the more progressive group Ultrafaux, taking the music to a new level by adding his own contemporary compositions. The resulting repertoire reflects influences of Romani and Balkan folk, swing, funk, jazz, blues, Dixieland and bebop. After years of paying homage to those varied and colorful roots, Harris has also become a popular guest artist and collaborator.

Delaware native Shawn Simon received his bachelor's degree at East Carolina University in Jazz Performance where he studied jazz bass (both electric and double bass) under professor Carroll V. Dashiell, and took classical bass lessons from Leonid Finkelshteyen. At 24 years old, Shawn received his Master's Degree from Towson University in music performance, where he studied jazz bass under Jeff Reed. Shawn has played in various bands throughout the East Coast and with the Ashley Mitchell Band, a top 40s pop group. He is versatile in a wide variety of genres.
