Linda Harris, singer, songwriter performs regularly with the Light Switch Band. She and Felipe Paccagnella have written and recorded 10 original songs. She performs locally in the DMV in jazz clubs, festivals, galas and special events to include the Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival, Mr. Henry's, Twins Jazz, JoJo's, Alice Jazz and Cultural Society. As well as clubs and festivals in New Orleans (Preservation Hall, Buffas) New York (New York Jazz Academy, Club 55, Cleopatra's Needle) Myrtle Beach (Asher Theatre) South Florida (Jazz on J Street) and abroad in Panama,(Panama Jazz Festival) Gothenburg (Gotz's Club) Paris (Swedish Club) and Venice (Venice Club) Petra Martin has performed in the DMV and beyond to include the Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival, Alice Jazz and Cultural Society, JoJo's, Twins Jazz, galas and countless other events. Linda and Petra will be accompanied by Light Switch Band. Felipe Paccagnella, piano, Douglas Lira, sax, Chuck Ferrell, drums, Gero Viera, guitar. Light Switch combines a variety of jazz idioms, Brazilian, world music and funk.
