"I Love My Momma! features a live band and 12 powerhouse vocalists that will have the audience grooving and singing along to those classic hits from the 70's, 80's 90's and 2000s. We've even added some gospel! Come Sing, Dance and have drinks!
Featuring songs made famous by Aretha Franklin, Teddy Pendergrass, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Boyz II Men, Marvin Gaye, Whitney Houston, EnVogue, Barry White, Mary J. Blige, Soul II Soul and more.
This dynamic concert is brought to you by Kendrell Bowman. Bowman is the Co-Creator & Director of "Mighty Real: A Fabulous Sylvester Musical"," A Soulful Christmas", and "An Evening With Phyllis Hyman".
Bowman wanted to create a concert for the whole family with some good SANGING! He stated "This is the type of concert where the audience will feel like their listening to the whole family radio station. While creating this show I was inspired by the music that my momma would play in the house while cleaning up and songs that also had my parents dancing. I have songs for your grandparents and the younger generation."
