BLAZZ is a five-piece ensemble that keeps the Blues in Jazz and swings the Blues!
Howard Blu’s vocals and harmonica lead the way. (And his diatonic harmonica, or blues “harp”
is unusual in a Jazz context.) The band features DMV and Baltimore area stars: Thomas Kitchen,
guitar; Phil Ravita, bass; Greg Small, keyboard; John Stonesifer, drums.
Our December 26 show will have a touch of seasonal songs and will also have songs that
reflect the current political and social situation. But it will be fun, with swinging Jazz and deep
Blues. Guaranteed!
