Joe Carter has been playing guitar all his life, and has studied with esteemed musicians such as John Scofield, Sal Salvador, and Lee Konitz. He's played and recorded with Rufus Reid, Lee Konitz, Don Friedman, and several more. He's played all around the New York Metro area as well as internationally, at festivals in India, France, Germany, and Brazil. He'll feature flutist Ali Ryerson, bassist Leco Reis, and Graciliano Zambonin, drums on Oct. 8 at the Jazz Forum, Tarrytown, NY.
