Phillip Carter is a Stellar Award-winning gospel artist, composer, educator, and digital ministry leader whose work has made a profound impact on worship music and virtual ministry. As the founder of Hymns With Phillip Carter, he leads a vibrant online community dedicated to the preservation and modern application of hymns, reaching over 300,000 people through weekly broadcasts, prayer services, and educational content.
With more than two decades of experience as an independent artist, label owner, and conference host, Phillip has produced nationally recognized music projects and mentored countless musicians and church leaders. He is the visionary behind the Hymns With Phillip Carter Conference and the DMV Musicians and Singers Fellowship Banquet, two signature events that celebrate the legacy and future of gospel music.
Phillip taught Music and Computer Technology for 15 years at West Potomac High School and now channels his passion for education into training churches in virtual ministry. His Virtual Church Growth Masterclass and coaching programs equip pastors, musicians, and media teams with tools to thrive in the digital age.
In addition to his work in music and ministry, Phillip supports global education through the Hymns Family Primary School in Uganda, which he helped build during the pandemic. He is also an entrepreneur, author-in-progress, and health advocate, committed to using his platform to uplift lives spiritually, musically, and practically.

3. Seating first come at the door. Doors open 6 PM & 8:45 PM respectively Monday thru Saturday, and 4:30 PM & 7:15 PM Sundays.
