This first-time class will be your passport into learning about these amazing wines that will soon be on your short list of wines to drink on a regular basis.

The time has come! Our backyard has been focusing on high quality grape growing and winemaking, producing wonderful wines from grape varietals that are best suited for their respective terroirs. The result are wines that can rival some of the best from the New World and deserving of your attention. We will explore the world class Rieslings and Pinot Noirs from New York’s Finger Lakes region and a beautiful lineup of red and white wines from the top producers in New Jersey. The mystery wine will represent another wonderful east Coast region…you won’t believe how good these wines are!
