Drienna Thompson, mother, jazz vocalist + healthcare professional for over 30 years is back on the scene. A sultry singer of smooth jazz and R+B has performed along side the brilliant and talented saxophonist and keyboardist Bryan Thompson at multiple local public venues and New York. She also performs with a local band called Ebony Soul, as well as Mystic Reign.
Her passion for music started at the age of 3 when she was told that she was singing a gospel song with her late grandmother while on a ride home from church in Lynch, Kentucky.
Since then, she has sang in the church choir, all through her high school and college years into adulthood. Music and medicine are her passions and singing allows her to use her talent and artistry to bring joy and happiness to the human spirit.
