Continuing to display her versatility and love for a variety of genres, vocalist Stephanie Allen-Stevenson plans to Jazz up her soulful sound this time by sharing some new material as well as some classics by the great Nancy Wilson and Ella Fitzgerald! Of course it would not be a Stephanie Allen-Stevenson show without a little Stevie Wonder and Lalah Hathaway in the mix and as an added bonus, Stephanie will pay tribute to the late great Phyllis Hyman who would have been 75 years old this year! A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Stephanie Allen-Stevenson, has graced stages around the world. With a foundation in Gospel music, Stephanie began singing at a young age and quickly spread her musical wings to a variety of venues and events. From there she was afforded opportunities in Television, Musical Theater and was signed to House Music's top Record Label, 'Strictly Rhythm Records'. Hit Singles such as "Let It Go" became famous throughout Europe and are still considered House Music Classics! Currently, Stephanie's energetic performances can be witnessed as she performs live with her band ‘Composition’. Stephanie and her band have been known to serve up some of the hottest RnB, Soul and Jazz. In addition to her role as a lead singer, Stephanie serves as one of the Support Vocalists (J’Sol) for The Jim Irsay Collection Band where she has performed with Legends Buddy Guy, Stephen Stills (Crosby Stills & Nash), Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Kevin Cronin (REO Speedwagon) John Mellancamp and more!
