All sales are final unless the event is
cancelled or rescheduled, or the venue is closed due to unforeseen
circumstances. You will automatically be issued a refund minus the
service
charge and notified when this occurs if you provided us with a valid e-
mail
address when you purchased your tickets. If your email address has
changed,
please go to Contact Us and request a refund.
Before purchasing
tickets, please carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies
set
forth by the venues, promoters, agents and artists prohibit
InstantSeats.com
from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased,
lost,
stolen, damaged or destroyed. No refunds are given due to technical
problems
printing our ticket, failure to print our ticket, or problems with your
computer or printer. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to
follow
the instructions emailed to them at time of purchase if their attempt to
print
tickets resulted in failure for any reason. If the purchaser is unable to
retrieve email, tickets can be printed anytime by going to the Print Your
Tickets link from the home page of our website.
If you do not
receive a
confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after
submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or
service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your
responsibility to confirm with InstantSeats Customer Service whether or
not
your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that
may
occurred during the purchase process. InstantSeats will not be
responsible for
losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed
because you failed to receive confirmation.

have a no refund, no cancellation policy when buying a ticket from us.
Refunds
are not given by InstantSeats for any reason including but not limited to
customer dissatisfaction with the venue, the performance, the event or
any
circumstance involving the customer's experience with the event or
location.
Any problems not directly connected to the purchase of tickets through
InstantSeats should be taken up directly with the venue. Please check
with the
individual policies of the venue before making your purchase.
In
special circumstances, InstantSeats may honor a refund request by a
customer
but only with the express permission of the venue, promoter or event
manager.
Please go to Contact Us and request a refund if you feel your special
circumstance warrants a refund. Under no circumstance will InstantSeats
refund
the processing fee or service charge portion of the order.

InstantSeats Will-Call Policy |

When purchasing reserved tickets from venues that
do not offer our "print-your-own" bar coded InstantSeats ticket option,
they
must be picked up at the venue's box office unless otherwise noted.
Please call
the box office to check the hours they are open. To pick up a ticket
order, you
must present the original credit card used to make this purchase and a
photo
ID. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the
original credit card in your possession at the time and place of pickup,
we can
not process a refund for this purchase. When buying a ticket on this
website,
your name and purchase information will be released to the venue holding
the
event to help facilitate order pickup at the venue.
